Have your teeth moved apart as you've gotten older?
Mine are driving me crazy. My contacts used to be tight and now the space is horrible when flossing. I also have divots on my front teeth. I know I grind them at times and my nightguard has not fit is six years. The dentist I used to work for would file off the divots, kind of like using a fingernail file. I asked my current dentist to do it and he barely even touched it so I have curvy front teeth.
Downside of knowing what they are doing
