What do you normally eat for breakfast?

I usually have a small bowl of cereal and a small bowl of yogurt with fruit and a big cup of coffee.

During the week, we usually have eggs scrambled with something: spinach, bacon, ham, cheese, beef jerky. On the weekend, I add pancakes, salsa, potato hash. Now that we are following a ketogenic diet, I have keto friendly versions of the pancakes made with almond flour and the potato hash is jicama hash.

Bacon egg cheese burrito or cheese grits with bacon and toast.

just had grapefruit sausage and eggs with toast. Some days I do yogurt, oatmeal, cream of wheat scrambled eggs and such

so I admit, I'm one of those that skip "the most important meal of the day" people. . . if I eat to early in the day, I don't feel well afterwards, and it carries on for most of the day. . .

varies for me - somedays an apple or a yogurt, sometimes coffee sometimes not, fiber one protein bar, etc.
