Do you live by family or out of state from them?

I am fortunate to have my kids and grandkids close. Also 8 of the ten siblings are all within an hour from me. I have a sister that moved to Florida three years ago to get away from the snow. And I have a sister that lives three hours East but still in Utah

My family (which consists of just my parents); DH's brothers live at least 2 hours away or so

No family near us anymore. My brother did live about 2 1/2 hours from us but moved up to Delaware this summer. And the kids and grandkids all live way up in the Boston area which is a 2 1/2 day car trip away.

My mother and father in law are local (which is why we moved to PA), but all of my siblings, as well as Shawns are scattered all over . . .my daughter is in South Carolina, and Garrett still lives at home.

All our family live on the other side of the country.
