RQOTD 11/19

Do you eat breakfast every day? If you do, what do you have?

I eat the same thing every morning. I have a small bowl of cereal with almond milk and some plain zero fat greek yogurt with some sugar free jello and granola mixed in with it.

Only when I wake up hungry and feel like cooking. Sometimes it's just a piece of toast, other times it's cheese grits with bacon or bacon and egg burritos.

Greek yogurt, coffee, and water for me every day (at least during the week).

I have to eat breakfast every day to keep my sugars in tact. I do a variety.
Yesterday I had a egg with cheese on an English muffin
oatmeal and fresh fruit
cream of yogurt and granola
weekends I splurge with French toast, omelets or pancakes

Usually some sort of egg.

Various things for me: yogurt, cheese string, apple, fiber bar. During the week; on weekends, I usually get up too late to feel like having breakfast
