RQOTD 2.15.19

Post by Tamara »

So this morning we woke up to two earthquakes! :o :o :o Have you ever been in an earthquake?
In my whole life I this this is maybe the third one. They have always been so small. My whole life they have warned us about "the Big one!" SInce we live pretty close to the fault line. So far so good, just little ones.

We had them all the time when we lived in CA. Got to the point where we didn't think too much about it. We were in the Inland Empire and kept waiting for the "Big One' to hit so LA would fall into the ocean and we would have ocean front property. We heard it was going to hit any day for 10 years and that was 35 years ago.

Ya’ll would love this - we have TONS of earthquakes in Oklahoma. We have had more than the state of California. So the most recent one was a 2.6 near Pawnee, OK. There was 2 on 2/13; 1 on 2/11; 2 on 2/10, etc. Of course, the big argument here is whether or not fracing (think that is how it is spelled) causes it or not.
