What's your favorite go to lunch that isn't fast food/

Saturdays when I have to make lunch it's usually chicken salad sandwiches. Sometimes I make home made macaroni or open a can of tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. I need more ideas! lol

I love it when we have leftover Apple French Toast Casserole. It's actually a breakfast dish, but we love it for supper with link sausage. It makes a 9 x 13 inch pan, so there's always enough for lunch or breakfast for a couple of days.
