more so than DH. We took a risk buying the condo six years ago. not knowing if we could rent it out. The first year was skeptical, good thing we were both working. DH is wanting to sell it before retirement so we can pay our house way down. I hate it that he jumps into things like that so quickly. He doesn't retire for over three years and all he talks about is selling it. When you are confined in a car with each other on a long drive it usually turns into an argument. I told him last weekend that I wasn't going to argue so he can do it now. I know the kids will be disappointed but it isn't their money keeping it afloat.
