I rarely sleep in but today we did! After grandkids last night I guess we were exhausted. I forgot to put the rolls out for dinner. Just hoping they will raise all day like they do in the night. We are having Roast Beef and mashed potatoes. DIL is ciliac so that always seems to please her.

Since it is just me and hubby we usually just eat "whatever." Your roast and potatoes sound delicious.
I think I have a leftover Wendy's hamburger!

No idea just yet as Shawn does most of the cooking around here, and since he's sick, we're kinda fending for ourselves around here. Last night, G and I ordered chinese delivery. Very yummy!

Chicken noodle cockpot casserole. It's amazing. Uses frozen egg noodles which are so different then regular egg noodles.

That actually looks quite amazing! Never heard of frozen egg noodles though.

Rib eyes, baked potatoes and some veggie for us this evening.

Just me and my son for dinner tonight, so I'm voting for takeout pizza!

I have no idea. Maybe a Pop Tart.

Reames makes them so far I have only fouND them at walmart
