No, even tho my DH was fired from his job on the last Friday the 13th (in April) LOL

My grandmother used to say it was bad luck to clip your nails on Sunday, even worse was clipping your toenails! If you do you’ll have something embarrassing happen to you.
It could be a Mexican folk story.
