What time do you get up each morning? Do you have a built in alarm clock that does NOT allow you to sleep in on the weekends??

I used to wake up around 7 or 8 each day. Now with the new puppy, she could wake me up ringing the bell to go out at any time. I am so ready for puppy potty time to be over at 1 or 2 in the morning. I must say she has been awesome about ringing the bell on the door and not going on the floor.

I am usually up by 7:00 on days that I don't work. On the week days, I am up around 5:00 to get everyone up and to school on time. My body is my alarm clock. If I sleep more, I wake up with a headache, ears ringing, sore back etc. It is hell to get old!!! :D

During the week I am up by 4 a.m. on the weekend I'm usually up around 6. I generally wake up around 4 on the weekends, too, but can usually go back to sleep pretty easily for a couple of hours.

Remember I have a brain illness, and my number 1 symptom is fatigue.

I rarely wake up before 10am. Many days I may only be up for only an hour before I am lying down to take a three hour nap.

I'm up at 5:00 every day and yes, I have an internal alarm that wakes me even when I do NOT want it to! I also have three furry external alarms.

thought i had already answered, odd

School days I am up at 6 am , Dylans meds and machines take quite a bit of time , so to do those and get him dressed for school bus at 8:25 he must be up by 6:15 and he even eats breakfast in school.

Saturdays we can sleep in unless there is a ballgame/sports event. but usually I am up by 7 to 730 latest.

Sundays either 6 or 7 depending on which church service we go to.

And yes I frequently take a cat nap!

So it is Saturday and I woke up naturally at 5:14 am. No sense trying to stay in bed because the dogs, I think, sense that I am awake and BAM! it's time for treats and potty!

My alarm is set for 6:30...I usually roll out of bed around 6:45. On weekends, I'm up by 7.
