FRIDAY 12/25 MERRY CHRISTMAS MOOD BOARD

December is all about Mood Boards! Mood Boards can be used to pull ideas, styles, concepts, textures, and most importantly providing a starting point for your inspiration. Join us all month long as we share ours!
As always, a new Blue Plate Special challenge will be posted every Monday (sketch), Wednesday, and Friday. All participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
Merry Christmas! I can't believe that the day is here! If Santa or a loved one brought you any scrapbooking goodies this year that contain shades of pinks and teals, I certainly have a pretty mood board for you to recreate!
I love Christmas papers that are shades of pinks and teals. When I saw Prima's "Sugar Cookie" collection, I knew I must have it and use it with this mood board. I chose a picture of my daughters when they were tiny that I converted to sepia to feature on this project to go with the papers' vintage vibe. In addition, I love a good sketch, so I used this one from Bev Code to pull this project together.
