December is all about Mood Boards! Mood Boards can be used to pull ideas, styles, concepts, textures, and most importantly providing a starting point for your inspiration. Join us all month long as we share ours!

I chose this mood board for several reasons: first reason - it has a dog, second reason - it has a cat, third reason - yellow was Jack's favorite color. You can choose to do a monochromatic layout, a pet layout or anything else that this mood board inspires you to create. I was inspired by the colors. I chose a yellow and green color scheme for my layout of my beautiful granddaughter, Katie.

As always, a new Blue Plate Special challenge will be posted every Monday (sketch), Wednesday, and Friday. All participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations.

Wonderful work with that Mood Board! I find I don't scrap much with yellow, but there are some good images.

It's beautiful! I love how the yellow compliments the page and doesn't overwhelm. Sometimes when I use yellow it's too much. Love your layout!
