Random Question of the Day - 07/16/2023

Post by tammyfolk »

There are sooo many National days today. . . so I just picked one - Everybody Deserves a Massage

I have to admit that I kinda agree with that statement but have never had one done professionally. Have you? Do you love it? Is it worth it?

Yes!! They are the best! As you all know, I have one every single month at least. Since I carry my oxygen machine over my shoulder, after a period of time or a long day, there are plenty of kinks and knots that need to be worked out. They are very relaxing. I know some people don’t enjoy them, but I wish my health insurance would cover them, at least once a year we buy the discounted ones that they offer so I always have a back up plan. As long as we can afford them, I will continue to get them totally worth it!

I am one of those who do not enjoy them. I had one years ago and decided it was not for me, it didn't relax me at all.

I’m with Tracy on this one. I do not like massages. However I have been going to therapy for back pain and it does include a massage, and it is helping. I had been declining the massage but one of the days the pain was really bad and I accepted it. Years ago I hurt my knee and I received a massage treatment that involved hot stones, that has been the best massage ever.
