Random Question of the Day - 02/06/2023

Do you use a comforter, duvet, or quilt? Has it always been that way? Or do you like to change it up?

We currently just use a sheet and comforter. We have a king size bed so the comforter is pretty large, and since Rocky sleeps with us, I kind of like to wash it fairly often - downside, I have to go to the laundromat as it won't fit in my washer.

The only change is that sometimes I like to have a blanket as well, but the weight of everything just kills Shawn as he gets soooo hot so quickly. I like the weight personally. Plus we've always got the ceiling fan going and the box fan on my dresser - even in the winter (all for me of course).

We have a sheet, blanket and comforter on the bed. I just use the sheet and blanket but dh uses all of them. He is always cold due to his meds.

I usually leave blankets off year round but this year our house seems to be cooler at night. (DH does turn the thermostat down at night) I use a blanket on top of the comforter but throw it off in the night when I get too hot.

I have a sheet, blanket, then comforter. I’m summer I usually take the comforter off and sometimes the blanket. In the winter I may have an extra blanket on top

We have a king size bed and sleep with a quilt and feather comforter. Then, we each have smaller blankets separately.

Fitted sheet and comforter. No flat sheet. Since I sleep with several small dogs I have a mattress cover and a large washable incontinence pad under the flat sheet and another on top of the flat sheet where Gypsy sleeps. That way, my mattress is always protected against accidents.

So waterproof mattress pad for us (cuz of dogs just in case).

We sleep with either a quilt or comforter (depending on when the season is) and sheets. Then DH’s side has 4 more blankets on it  and I have another one and one folded on my feet. I don’t like my feet being cold and don’t like wearing socks to bed
