Romaine Lettuce

Is Romaine lettuce or hearts hard to get in your area?
For the last couple of months I feel like something has happened to the crops. A few weeks ago every head at the store was wilted. You know if you pull off the first two leaves it is more firm, but no the entire head had to be thrown away. And the last two times I have been to Sams Club They haven't had any!
I'm just curious.......

We have it too, but I’ve seen signs at restaurants that there are problems with the supply chain.

It's a supply chain issue on my Chick-Fil-A app, but we use baby spinach in place of lettuce here.

Do you have a Trader Joe's in your area? I bought some there today. But definitely supply chain issues doing some funky stuff to the grocery stores.

There will be one close to me soon. It is in the remodeling stage...Whole foods location turning into Trader Joes. Otherwise I have to drive a ways but that sounds like my go to soon. Thanks!

I don’t do lettuce as there is no nutritional value to it. Like Jan, I use spinach for salads, sandwiches, etc.
