I tend to eat a lot of nuts in a day to curb my hunger. I always chose smoked almonds. They were just my go to. I carried a bag of them in my purse in case I was out and about at lunchtime. But DH bought a giant bag of pistacios and cashews at Sams club and I have to say now that I prefer the pistacios. Maybe it is something about cracking the shells but they seem to be yummy once you get past that. LOL I use cashews in a couple of our dinner recipes so I like to have them on hand. They seem to fill me up faster and I used less of them at a time.
