Good Morning Ladies....

Just got home from dropping G off at the SPCA this mornig....he'll begin his kennel cleaning today.....next weekend he's hoping to get his animal handling trianing done. He's super excited!!

It's rainy and very dreary (and foggy) here this morning.....lots of housework to do today, plus I need to take a 2 hour class online today for work.....I've tried several times to get it done at work, but it just isn't possible. To many distractions, plus I have to actually work while I'm there. LOL

So what's everyone have planned today?

Tammy, that is great what G is doing!

Yesterday was Kyle's 28th birthday so after the market in Florence he and I went to Columbia for dinner and shopping, It was nice to be able to spend time with him on his special day but I didn't realize just how tired I would be. I nearly fell asleep on him on the drive to Columbia. Once we got there and we started walking around I was much better. By the time we got home last night I crashed!

Not much on the agenda today. I have some light housework to do before my 3 little boarders come and if I'm lucky, maybe a much needed nap today!

Finishing up Valentines for the grandkids today. Unfortunately, since I'm behind on my card making and mailing, they will arrive a day or two after the date. Still having a little trouble getting things done quickly; recovery has been pretty steady for my hip, but my hands are kind of gnarly and so many taskss still take longer than I expect.

We're only 4 1/2 weeks away from our new granddaughter's due date. Can't wait to meet her! (That will probably happen in June, after our new grandson is born. I would love to go earlier but making two trips to the Midwest in a two or three-month span is expensive and exhausting)

Howdy! We're snowed in, here in Michigan. We've gotten about ten inches since Friday morning. We got a bit of freezing rain this morning. And now we're getting another layer of snow.

I've been creating yarn projects all weekend. 2 lapghans, a twiddle cuff and one mitten so far. I believe my hand may fall off the. ;)

Up until today it's been spring like weather here. After today it will warm back up to the 60's and 70's.
