Let's talk sleep . . .

What time do you go to bed? What time to you get up? How often do you get to sleep in? Are you able to sleep in?

I usually go to bed between 11:30 - midnight, and alarm is usually set for 6 am depending on whether I have to go to work or not that day.

We usually go to bed about 10. Have my alarm set for 7. I'm usually awake by 5:30-6. I've never been a person to sleep in.

I usually crate the dogs around 10 and go to bed and watch tv for another hour or so. Johnny wakes me up around 5:30, I let him out and once he's back in, I lay back down until 7:30 - 8:00.

I usually go to bed at 10:30 and wake up between 5:30 or 6:00. If it is not a work day I might go to bed until after 12 and wake up around 7. I haven't slept in past 9 am since Jorgie, my oldest son was born.

I go to bed about 11:00 and sleep till 6:00 or 7:00 We rarely sleep in but have no problem if I do since we have no obligations. I ususally get around 7 hours of sleep.

I go to bed about 10 and read and pray for half an hour to an hour. I don't set my alarm unless I have somewhere I need to be in the am. So I usually wake up about 8. sometimes 6 or 9 I am happiest when I get 9 hours of sleep

never before midnight and often 2 or 3 am and get up any time between 7:15 and 9. I can sleep in ...well not really sleep but lie in with my kindle

Try to be in bed before 9:30 at latest; up at 5:30 to get my miles in. On Saturday yes I sleep in - no alarm. Or if dogs get me up we all go back to bed
