Tuesday 5/21/2024

Post by Jan Mosier »

Good morning everyone. What's on your plate today?

It's a stay at home day for me. I worked in the yards until 8:30 last night. I picked up sticks in the pecan orchard, mowed the grass, cleaned the dog run, mowed inside the dog run and went around the edges with the weed eater. Today may be a nothing day or I might take the trailer out to the pecan orchard to collect the sticks up that I gathered in a pile yesterday......depends on how productive I want to be. ;)

Jan: you were busy yesterday. I spent most of my day in a car yesterday.
Today I will meet a retired teacher that I worked with 30 years ago for lunch, then babysit my grandson for a bit and then historical meeting. Maybe some time in there to scrap

Jan what do you do with all the pecans from your orchard? Sounds like you hit your exercise goal just mowing.
Phillis hug that little one, scrapping can wait!
It's a much needed stay at home day today. Had a late breakfast, matched fabric for some dish towel dresses so I need to get them cut out. I left the sewing machine up from yesterday. I need to get a little something together for my last grandsons Pre-K graduation tomorrow.
Happy Tuesday!

Sounds like everyone has a busy day planned!

I was up early for my walk and then we went out for breakfast. Next came grocery shopping at Aldi's and Walmart. Came home and washed all the fresh fruit and veggies and finally sitting down. Dh just left for the pool so I have some peace and quiet time to myself. :D

We’re in SanAntonio for a dr’s appointment for Jorge. It’s a shoulder specialist, still no answers. They need to do more tests. We’ll be going home tomorrow to wait for the appointment.
