Saturday Mar. 21 - Bling

We are celebrating our 3rd birthday all month long with a big birthday bash!
Challenges will be based on a Birthday Theme, which can include the person, gifts, food, games, and new life in general, such as Spring. So many possibilities!
For this challenge I decided to celebrate my granddaughter. She turned 10 while on vacation at Disney World and being a girly girl, she loves bling. So my challenge is to use bling on your layout.
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' Up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $10 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
*Any month that we have more than 50 completed layouts/creations, the prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate instead of $10.
