Re: Scrap QOTD - 11/16/18

I shamefully admit that I've been working on a Christmas Past mini album that I've been almost finishing for 3 years NOW. THIS YEAR it WILL be completed and sent out to my DD who hopefully WON'T read this post.

Re: RQOTD: November 16. 2018

Mint for me as well but I can't forget the past with marshmallows. I just tried adding a small squirt of a liquid caramel to some regular hot chocolate when I ran out of the mint and I must share how delish it was. Has anyone else tried any new additions? I like cinnamon added to plain chocolate too...

I am a coffee person although I like a mint or cinnamon flavor in hot chocolate. My current "thing" is trying different coffees but my passion is the many choices of flavored creamers. My current favorite is coconut cream.

Re: November 2018 Chef of the Month / Barb

Congrats, Barb! Thank you for sharing so much about your scrapping thoughts and your basic life with us. Distance from family is difficult especially if you were physically living closer in the past. My DD's family are close but far enough away that I understand exactly what you are going through. I...

Re: Gu from Michigan

I remembered when I saw some of your names. Good grief, I don't know how I strayed away. I'm glad to be back and am glad you've stayed a calmer place than some groups with tons of challenges which pressure the ordinary person who actually has somewhat of a life offline (LOL) if you know what I mean.

Re: SQOTD - 11/01/18

I'm a slow scrapper. Besides finally getting it finished (LOL), I like using pp especially my scraps and items I haven't used in a while for example currently I haven't used many buttons or frames.

Re: RQOTD - 11/01/18

For me it's chili. Regular chili to white chili with a white basis and white beans. No 2 chili's are alike either. I add all kinds of nontraditional things to them like canned corn in a Tex/Mex chili.

Re: RQOTD - 10/31/18

I've listened to many with a genealogy topic as well as webinars with the same topic. I just mentioned the webinars because they are similar in nature.

Well blame my daughter for inviting me to join. Your site looks like alot of fun. I am hooked on scrapbooking and genealogy as well and I'm likely to go bananas trying to find time for either one. Scrapping is my major outlet from stress and I enjoy taking my time to create. I'm glad to be part of t...
