Do you loose track of days at a time?

I have been sick and tired and having to get through work and appointments. I just realised that it has been two days since I had logged in here and popped up a random question. I just literally lost track of days.

So my medication has been playing havoc with me lately. So much so that my go to drink doesn't sit well.
I'm not a tea or coffee drinker, I usually have Coke no Sugar but can't stomach it. I'm not a big water drinker nor milk.

What would you drink in this situation?

Vacuuming

An older brother by 18 months.

Another work day for me.
My medication is playing up again, so feeling sick again, wish it would settle as I am over being ill.
A did a layout last night hopefully I feel okay to scrap this evening.
