We are going away for 3 weeks this summer. We leave for Delaware the last week of June and we will be house hunting and spending time with my brother and his family. Then we head on up to Cape Cod for 2 weeks. My stepdaughters fiancee has a house on the cape and invited us to stay. We're sooooo look...

We keep ours set at 76 in the summer and use fans as well. For winter we set it at 71....dh is always cold due to his meds.

I don't make dessert for just us, only if we have people over. I did make some banana bread the other day just because I had enough brown bananas.

I love to see huge old trees.....they are beautiful in my opinion! I've learned a lot about trees over the years since Dh was the tree warden for the city of Malden, MA.

We have another weather day here. Severe thunderstorms with hail today. About 4am we had an amazing lightning storm. The flashes were so bright it woke me up. So it will be a stay at home day for us with scrappy time for me.
